Welcome to luxury! As you walk through the giant glass entry doors, you will find yourself quickly submerged in a lavish, open floor plan. The layout of this home is brilliant as it creates a minimalistic feel and airy environment. You immediately notice the fluid connection of all the rooms due to the cohesive look and appeal.

You will find several design styles featured throughout the home, such as SapienStone’s porcelain slabs. The living room displays the beautiful Pietra Grey porcelain as a large accent wall that makes a striking statement. The designer, Jamie Rezaie from D.I Group, said “We selected SapienStone due to its very detailed and realistic patterns which ensure a realistic look of the material.” We couldn’t agree with you more Jamie – the unique design is pure art!

Moving from the den to the kitchen continues a pattern of contrasting colors that we simply can’t get enough of! The natural wood compliments the neutral hues of the home and pairs wonderfully with the Calacatta Statuario countertops. The large kitchen island is a great asset to the layout of the home, incorporating a good use of space, adding unique art and design, and most importantly, providing functional purpose.

Heading on to the designers’ favorite part of the house – the master bath. This room is light and airy with minimal use of dark features and the continuum of the white Calacatta Statuario porcelain. Not to mention the large, glass window that stretches from corner to corner that provides a gorgeous birds-eye view of the surrounding area.

And last but not least, the highly desired basement filled with fun and relaxation. This room exemplifies every homeowners’ dream with a fully stocked bar. You’ll notice the continued porcelain slab incorporated on the bar island, as well as behind, on the accent wall. We specifically love the Pietra Grey feature in this area, as the dark colors with white veining bring a deep sophistication and elegant appeal to the corner of this large room.

It’s no doubt that this home was designed with every nook and cranny in mind. The distinct details soar throughout the home so effortlessly, making the place truly remarkable. In total, it took approximately 2 ½ years from planning to final production to create this masterpiece of a home. Nearly 8 slabs of Pietra Grey and 6 slabs of Calacatta Statuario porcelain were used “to bring in a look that is natural yet without any imperfections and guaranteeing the great performance and high quality of the porcelain, in compliance of the total respect of the environment and the bio architecture,” concluded Rezaie.
