RICE, POTATOES AND MUSSELS

INGREDIENTS FOR 4:

• 2 cloves garlic
• 4 potatoes
• 1 kg mussels
• 50 g parsley
• 400g rice
• Fish broth

DIRECTIONS:

Sauté garlic in a little olive oil. Add rice and plenty of fish broth. Dice potatoes into cubes measuring about 1.5 cm per side and add.

Cook for 10 minutes, then add mussels and minced parsley. The dish is ready when all the fish broth has been absorbed and the rice is cooked.
